The little cookie from England crossed the Atlantic to become America’s favorite Christmas tradition. Decorated, shaped, it is sometimes even considered a work of art in competitions. Gingerbread has become the symbol of the end-of-year holidays.
The new attraction
In Rachel Entler’s kitchen, her daughter, sister and niece come together to cook the traditional recipe. The ingredients are simple: butter, sugar, flour, cinnamon and most importantly, ginger.
