After playing, among others, Doctor Baptiste Mondino in Under the sun, David Brecourt made a career in the theater. The 56-year-old comedian currently presents In that time love, only one on stage at the Théâtre du Gymnase in Paris who turned his life upside down. In interview with the magazine here is, he opens up about his new life, evoking his relationship to religion, his little family but also a possible return to the small screen.
David Brécourt is an accomplished man. In addition to thriving on the boards, he is a fulfilled father and grandfather. He is the father of Esther and Salomé, 24-year-old twins born from his past relationship with make-up artist Malka Braun but also of Manon, 37 years old and born from a first marriage. The latter has two children … older than the last son of the actor, Mathurin, 5 years old and fruit of his love with his partner Alexandra Sarramona. “My son is younger than his 11 and 8 year old nieces. I try to transmit generosity and tolerance to my children. I teach them to listen to others, not to judge. I think I made it, he congratulates himself. If I were to die tomorrow, I would think I accomplished my mission. I’m not afraid of the aftermath, because I am a believer and even a practitioner.“

Yet I would love to play a good guest in a TV movie or play in a historical film“, he blurted. A call that will undoubtedly be heard by the productions!
