A man presented himself to the police on Sunday November 26 in Dieppe (Seine-Maritime), to confess to the murder of his three daughters. They were found dead in Alfortville (Val-de-Marne), at the home of the individual in question. The police found on site “the lifeless bodies of three girls aged 4, 10 and 11”specifies a press release from the Créteil public prosecutor’s office.
A magistrate from the Créteil public prosecutor’s office went to the scene of the crime. A flagrant murder investigation has been opened and the Val-de-Marne judicial police are in charge of the investigations.
The 41-year-old man was taken into police custody in Dieppe. He is known to the courts for a conviction in April 2021 “for acts of violence by a spouse, in the presence of a minor” And “violence by spouse with use of a weapon (stick)”, details the parquet. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison, 12 of which were suspended, and had served his sentence “in the form of home detention under electronic surveillance”. He was also the subject in 2021 “an investigation into spousal rape”closed without further action due to “insufficiently characterized offense”according to the public prosecutor.
