This week, Europe experienced a political upheaval with the large victory in the Netherlands for the far right of Geert Wilders. A victory surprising in its scale, but which is in line with the constant progression of extremist populists in Europe. In Brussels, the capital of the European institutions, this victory was experienced as an earthquake.
