It’s already time to take stock for the Brest Christmas market. And it is very positive for the town hall. After the cancellation in 2020, the municipality is delighted to “the active participation of visitors who generally accepted the sanitary pass controls at the entrances and fully respected the barrier gestures and the wearing of masks”.
More generally, the city of Brest estimates that “the activities and shows offered on site and in the streets have met their audience”. A counting system installed for the first time has made it possible to estimate the attendance of the Christmas village at 150,000 people since November 27.
While the 34 cabins will close on Friday at 7 p.m., the Ferris wheel and old rides will play extra time until Sunday, January 2 at 6 p.m.
