What to see at the Show today

To think, get informed or discover great writing, here are our suggestions of the day among the number of activities planned at the Montreal Book Fair this Wednesday.

A great interview with Zachary Richard

The multi-talented singer-songwriter and musician released his very first novel this year, The gusts of Lent. It is also the first Louisiana novel published in French in nearly 130 years. In this interview, Zachary Richard confides in Catherine Richer about what inspired his book, a fusion between the family story and the history of Louisiana.

He is also a poet, playwright and singer (under the pen name Jean Arceneaux) and French-speaking activist, and he will tell the history of Louisiana through his literature.
