An indictment
Convinced that the senator drugged her, she wants to escape and orders a taxi. Analyzes revealed the presence of ecstasy in the MP’s body. Joël Guerriau was indicted on suspicion of having drugged Sandrine Josso without her knowledge in order to rape or sexually assault her. These accusations are denied by the senator. “My client will fight to demonstrate that he never wanted to administer a substance to his work colleague and long-time friend to abuse her.”declares Me Rémi-Pierre Drai.
