In Guilherand-Granges, the magic of Christmas lights up Anne-Marie and Patrick’s house

Anne-Marie and Patrick started decorating their house on October 15, to be ready at the end of November. Over the years, the couple have accumulated dozens of garlands, “thousands of LEDs” as Patrick says, quite unable to count them as they are numerous. In Guilherand-Granges, their garden and their house are the Christmas attraction for residents who are now used to it.

We have a lot of people who stop. People come back with family, friends – Anne-Marie

Patrick installs the garlands on the roof, under the watchful eye of his wife, who guides him. The whole represents around 200 m² of decorations, he estimates, “It’s a passion. We like to do that. We try to innovate, we change the position of the garlands every year”.
