Three months after the assassination of the little Fayed, 10 years old, the investigation made it possible to arrest nine people in Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône), Nîmes (Gard) and Paris. It is in particular thanks to their DNA, found on Kalashnikov cartridge cases, that they could have been confused. “This investigation is based on incontestable elements, drawn from ballistics and DNA analyzes“, explains Nicolas Bessonthe public prosecutor of Marseille, Saturday November 18.
