The Meetings of Béatrice

For these end-of-year celebrations, Béatrice Kerfa, Director of the Joigny Tourist Office, guide lecturer and columnist at France Bleu Auxerre, offers us a series of 10 portraits of icaunais.

The Meetings of Béatrice in Yonne

Thanks to her sense of contact and her natural empathy, Béatrice got to know beautiful people during her travels in icaunaises. She decided to share these meetings on France Bleu Auxerre in a series of 10 original episodes.

  • Gaëlle Barré, stylist based in Joigny. She has a beautiful store in Paris. She is also a stage decorator for musicians.
  • Guylaine Dechambre, lives in Cudot. This horse lover is the French trail hitch champion with her husband Patrick.
  • Romain Plessman based in Villeneuve-sur-Yonne. After a career on television sets and for series shoots, he opened a clothing and decoration store on rue Carnot in Villeneuve-sur-Yonne.
  • Robert Baeli from Villeneuve-la-Guyard. He is a departmental representative of the ARBRES association and travels the department for the “Arbres Remarquables” label. He is unbeatable on his charges.
  • Marie Sadron was a home chef in Los Angeles. This Franco-American has joined the family cradle in Fontenailles and she will release, in the spring with her mother, a cookbook which will be sold for the benefit of the Auxerre hospital.
  • Armelle Sabatier lives and works in Dracy-en-Puisaye. This document restorer is also a framer and gives valuable advice so that the work is in line with its setting from the same period.
