After Jean-Luc Reichmann (in the series “Léo Matteï, Minors’ Brigade“) or Jenifer (in the TV film “Superpapa”), it is the turn of another singer to become a fictional star on the first channel! Julien Doré who became known after winning the “New star” in 2007, on M6, returns in a mini-series with a hilarious pitch. The singer-songwriter has also been an actor for a while. We have indeed seen him in his own role in several episodes of the television series “Ten percent“, on France 2 notably, but also in a few feature films including “Stephane” And “Addict”.
A southern cop, vegan and pacifist
In “Panda”, a police series in six episodes which will be broadcast on TF1 at the end of 2023 or beginning of 2024 (we are counting on November 27 / December 4 / December 11), he plays the leading role. Julien Doré plays a vegan and pacifist cop forced to return to service after opening a hut in the South of France. He therefore plays a matcha’addict who lives with his 16-year-old teenager in a remote corner of the Camargue, far from technology, who is caught up in his past. And while he is called to return to this job in which he excelled, this genius cop will accept, but on his terms: that is to say without weapons or violence!
A series that promises to be a hit
The detective series promises to be very comical, since in the maneuver, we find two screenwriters (Thomas Mansuy and Mathieu Leblanc) already behind the successful series “Scenes of households” And “The Crimson Rivers”. With our Belgian friends, the program can be discovered from November 22, 2023, on RTL tv And RTL play.
In the meantime, we enjoy seeing the clip of “Cuddle Coco”in which Julien Doré sings, dressed as a… panda.
