It was October 14, 2022. The lifeless body of little Lola was found in a trunk at the bottom of a residence located at 119 rue Manin, in the 19th arrondissement of Paris. Very quickly, the identity of the murderer of the 10-year-old girl was revealed. It is Dahbia, a young woman who lived in the same building as the little girl and who allegedly acted out of revenge.
A year after the events, Johan Daviet, Lola’s father, spoke on the show “Seven to Eight” on TF1. Inconsolable, the father revealed that he had fallen into alcoholism since the death of his daughter and had returned to live with his mother. “In truth, the alleged culprit didn’t just take my daughter’s life, but that of an entire family” he declared before admitting to having also lost his job and his accommodation, he who was a janitor in the building. “Imagine going back to work where your daughter was murdered?”.
This Tuesday, October 24, 2023, Cyril Hanouna returned to this sad testimony, live in “Do not touch My TV“. Guest on the set of the show, the news specialist, Michel Mary, explained that Lola’s father fears the arrival of the trial, in particular because the presumed guilty party pleads insanity. According to information from RTL, Dahbia B. is currently interned in psychiatry in Val-de-Marnein particular because the inmate first incarcerated in Fresnes, was very violent with the guards, to the point of banging her head against the walls.
Hearing this, Danielle Moreau literally came off her hinges. “Excuse me but I can’t hear that… What do we care about protecting her? Are we going to pay to protect her for years?” she lamented, on the verge of tears. Michel Mary then provided important answers: “The idea is that she arrives at the trial alive. If she hangs herself in her cell, we will have lost everything. It is not necessarily an offense to the victims’ families to place her in a medical unit so she doesn’t commit suicide.”.
