The property is located at 176, rue des Vives-Eaux in Dammarie-les-Lys (Seine-et-Marne). It is priced at 700,000 euros, as indicated in the ad published online and seen by franceinfo.
The property of nearly 18 hectares, which saw the birth of the careers of French artists like Jenifer, Olivia Ruiz and Nolwenn Leroy, includes a castle of some 2,500 m2, a caretaker’s house, outbuildings and a greenhouse. It will be sold at auction at the Melun judicial court on November 2. A visit is organized on Wednesday October 25.
According to the production, this sale will not impact the filming of the next season of the talent show, which will be broadcast on TF1 from November 4. Of the 20,000 applicants, 16 candidates were selected, three more than last year.
