a body found in a house in the Rhône, suicide trail considered

A body was found in an abandoned house in Corcelles-en-Beaujolais (Rhône). It could be Marwan Berreni, the actor from Plus Belle la Vie, who has been missing for more than 2 months. The hypothesis of suicide is considered.

This is perhaps the end of the mystery surrounding the disappearance of Marwan Berreni. Our colleagues from Le Parisien indicate that the body of a man was found in a house in Corcelles-en-Beaujolais (Rhône), and that it could be the actor from the Plus Belle la Vie series. The Burgundian actor, 34, had not given any sign of life since a road accident on August 3, in which a young woman was seriously injured leaving a nightclub in Mâcon (Saône- et-Loire), the 400 club.

Since August 11, a judicial investigation has been opened against X for “hit-and-run and unintentional injuries”. Another investigation, conducted by the same but separate team of investigators, is being carried out for a “disturbing disappearance”.

The identity of the body found in the Rhône has not yet been established, and the circumstances of death remain to be determined. It could be suicide. The town of Corcelles-en-Beaujolais is only a few kilometers from the Mâconnais, where Marwan Berreni lives, in Fuissé precisely. Corcelles also borders Fleurie, the village in the Rhône where the vehicle the actor was driving during the accident, a Mercedes GLK, was found.

After two months of silence, Marwan Berreni’s family came out of silence last week. In a letter published by the newspaper Libération, his parents, who live in a small town in Yonne, urged their son to come home. “Marwan, our son, face your fears. Come back ! We need you !
