Obano, the prediction giraffe from the Branféré animal park (Morbihan), chose France on Thursday October 12 as the winner of the summit match against South Africa, next Sunday, in the quarter-final of the Rugby World Cup, by still eating the “slip” on the tricolor side.
“According to Obano, the winner of this clash of titans will be France”assured Hélène Perraud, communications manager for the animal park. “Slush, made from oatmeal and soy, also used in medical training [pour pouvoir faire une prise de sang ou soigner les sabots] being exactly the same on each side, Obano is a true patriot!”she added.
This is the fifth time in five predictions that the giraffe has chosen Fabien Galthié’s men, still undefeated in this tournament after their successes in the group stage against New Zealand, Uruguay, Namibia and Italy.
