“Why would I regret my choice? Not at all! I’m very happy, I’m very free!”, she once again defended herself. Despite rumors suggesting that she would feel out of place, Pascale de La Tour du Pin seems totally satisfied on C8.
But the rumors about her discomfort on the channel started even before she joined the group. Indeed, in August 2023, during its passage through the Buzz TV from Figaro
the journalist spoke of the criticism received from her ex-colleagues at BFMTVbut also the admiration she has towards Cyril Hanouna. “Cyril was able to convince me during a lunch. He is a boss who has a vision of the media, and I found his analysis quite accurate”she confided to our colleagues before indicating that she felt very “very enthusiastic” to the idea of joining the facilitator.
The journalist also revealed that we “tried to dissuade her”but that she did not “asked anyone’s opinion” to make her decision which she clearly does not seem to regret today.
