Former Paris Saint-Germain coach Christophe Galtier will sign up for two seasons with the Qatari team of Al-Duhail, the sports management of Radio France learned this Friday, October 6 in the technician’s entourage, confirming a information from the Parisian.
The 57-year-old who was still on the bench of the capital club last season, flew to Qatar to join the Qatari team. The former technician from Saint-Étienne, Lille and Nice failed to convince in Paris and left after only one season, the title in Ligue 1 not having been enough to mask the failures in the Coupe de France and especially in Champions League.
Al-Duhail is currently fourth in the Qatar Stars League after 5 days, the club which recently parted ways with its coach, Argentinian Hernan Crespo.
