Employees are invited to walk out for one hour, between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m., to protest against management’s salary policy and the absence of a general increase planned for 2024 while the company is posting good economic results.
“It seems unfair that the company shows such growth and profitability, while neglecting the remuneration of its employees given that everyone contributed to its success”, is indignant Younes Zorkani, Déclic CGT union delegate. The digital consulting firm’s global revenue is up 4% from 2022, its net profit is close to $1.4 billion in the third quarter of 2023.
ATS brings together testers and developers, providing digital services sold by consultants to different clients. Recruited at Bac+2, they have starting salaries close to the minimum wage, lower than those of the competition. This walkout to increase pressure on management takes place Thursday, October 5, while the last session of mandatory annual salary negotiations takes place in the afternoon. A second movement is planned for October 13 at the Paris headquarters.
