An announcement that did not fail to shock and spark controversy. The former millionaire, Sébastien Duboisalso known under the pseudonym Sebydaddy, subsequently turned to the world of reality TV before becoming an influencer. However, today he seems to be “on the fence” according to his comments made to Sam Zirah: “I burned my money, today I’m in trouble“.
To try to get out of it, the influencer decided to call on aid from the French state. He stated : “When you are over 25 years old and you have no activity, you receive the RSA. Any French person who lives in France, who has an address in France and who does not have any activity receives the RSA“assured the former candidate of Princes of love.
No account was found in his name by CAF in the checks immediately carried out yesterday. The mail he shows in his videos is… a fake! The registration number corresponds to another person, removed from the files since… 2013! pic.twitter.com/yDCdZiXhqC

Sebydaddy boasts of “hitting the RSA”, Aurore Bergé reframes it
Sam Zirah, shocked by his guest’s comments, wanted to remind him that resorting to RSA is not always a choice for the people who benefit from it, but rather a necessity to survive. His interlocutor responded by saying: “I have friends who receive the RSA, they do a little selling on the side, and they do well”. He then added: “It’s not my problem if society opens doors for people like me to apply for RSA (…) I’m within my rights. I’m not ashamed to take 526 euros per month after having entertained the whole of France for seven years.”
However, it appears that Sebydaddy’s statements are not accurate. Indeed,
Aurore Bergé, Minister of Solidarity and Families
spoke on Thursday, September 28, 2023. Alerted by the words of the influencer who resides in Miami, she conducted an investigation and concluded: “No account was found in his name by CAF in the checks immediately carried out yesterday. The mail he shows in his videos is… a fake! The registration number corresponds to another person, removed from the files since 2013 !”
Subsequently, Aurore Bergé added: “An article 40 report to the public prosecutor will be made by the director general of the CNAF. We will not give in to these scandalous (and pathetic) practices”. If Sebydaddy was trying to amuse the public with his statements, he seems to have gotten into trouble instead.
