A 19-year-old young man was attacked in the street, Wednesday September 13 around 7 p.m., in Saint-Martin-d’Hères near Grenoble (Isère), France Bleu Isère reported Thursday September 14. According to the Grenoble prosecutor, the victim was beaten by three individuals. His vital prognosis is no longer in jeopardy “but his state of health remains serious”specifies the prosecutor all the same.
According to the Grenoble deputy prosecutor, the young man is “unknown to the police and justice services”. This is a student who recently moved to the city.
The prosecution adds that last night, around 2:30 a.m., the police arrested two 17-year-old minors of Romanian nationality, suspected of being involved in this affair.
An investigation is open, in particular to try to determine the reason for this violence. It is entrusted to the Grenoble departmental security. A call for witnesses is launched. Anyone with information about this attack is invited to contact the Grenoble police station.
