The Court of Auditors, however, welcomed progress in the protection of victims of domestic violence, in particular thanks to listening and support devices as well as the distribution of “serious danger telephones”. Likewise, the monitoring of perpetrators of violence, via anti-reconciliation bracelets, is mentioned in the report. But “education is really the blind spot of this policy” declared Pierre Moscovici.
