Promoter Eye of the Tiger Management (EOTTM) confirmed on Tuesday that heavyweight Arslanbek Makhmudov will defend his NABF title against Pole Mariusz Wach on January 22 at the Cabaret du Casino de Montreal.

Makhmudov (13-0-0, 13 KOs) will face off against a 6ft 8in, 270lb giant in a bout scheduled for 10 rounds. Wach (36-7-0, 19 KOs) has already crossed swords with Wladimir Klitschko, Alexander Povetkin, Jarrell Miller, Dillian Whyte and Hughie Fury.
