What about the versatility of the great Palomino grape variety? That its spectrum is as wide, deep and breathtaking as a starry night under its Perseids. Obvious relationship with a great Portuguese tawny port for its oxidative character (12 years in barrel here), but without the sweetness that accompanies it. Long and “dry” finish on a mixture of nut and spice broth. (10+)
