Unknown to the general public, the sexagenarian “disputes all of the facts with which he is charged and which have been widely publicized in the press“, wrote his lawyer Me Yassine Bouzrou in a statement sent to AFP, the day after the opening of a preliminary investigation by the Montargis prosecution.
His “Japanese companion”
Hiromi Rollin moved into Alain Delon’s residence in 2019, after his cardiovascular accident, according to the Delon children’s lawyer, Me Christophe Ayela. “Disparaging and aggressive attitude”
In their two complaints, filed with the public prosecutor’s office in Montargis (Loiret) on Wednesday July 5, the three children of Alain Delon accuse his companion of “moral harassment, misappropriation of correspondence, animal abuse”but also of “violence against a vulnerable person” And “abuse of weakness”. They thus accuse Hiromi Rollin of isolating the 87-year-old actor “of his relatives, his friends, and his family, using maneuvers and threats”write the children in their complaint.

Up to three years in prison and a fine of 375,000 euros
The preliminary investigation was entrusted to the research section of Orleans and that of Montargis (Loiret). For her part, Hiromi Rollin announced through her lawyer, Me Yassine Bouzrou, that she “disputes the entirety of the facts”. According to the Ministry of the Interior, the abuse of weakness consists of taking advantage of a person’s ignorance or physical or mental weakness. The penalty incurred can be up to 3 years in prison and a fine of 375,000 euros, according to thearticle 223-15-2 of the Penal Code.
On his side, Hiromi Rollin’s lawyer has made it known that the sixty-something intends to file a complaint “against members of the Delon family and bodyguards for aggravated intentional violence (…) established by a medical certificate“.
