(Quebec) A woman is between life and death after an accident on the Quebec Bridge, Sunday around 5:45 p.m.
The driver was traveling north when she allegedly hit the guardrail before colliding with a vehicle traveling south, said Sûreté du Québec (SQ) spokesperson Hélène St-Pierre.
The 40-something woman suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital in critical condition.
In the other vehicle, three people were on board and they were slightly injured. They were also transported to a hospital.
The Quebec Bridge, Route 175, has been completely closed in both directions.
A specialized collision investigator went to the scene to establish the causes and circumstances of this event.
