In France, the acquisition of these calibers is strictly supervised. Only adults, holders of a certificate of qualification and prefectural approval can obtain it. But in fact, it is easy to buy. In a few clicks on social networks, a multitude of ads are displayed, including hundreds of fireworks mortars from abroad at 5 euros each. No proof is required.
