The TFC, confirms its difficult pass by conceding the draw this Monday evening against Rodez (1-1). In a match that the Violets have yet dominated, Rodez is doing very well by snatching a draw at the Stadium, without having framed a single shot of the match. It was Bafodé Diakité who scored for the RAF, against his camp, with the head (84th), to the delight of the Ruthenians, who did not show much in this match.
Rodez did not target the match
The RAF, which paradoxically confirms its very good form at the moment, unlike Toulouse who have won only once in their last six matches. The meeting seemed to start off on a good basis, however, with the opening scoring of Ratao (14th) on another decisive pass from Van den Boomen. But the Téf ‘did not know how to break, and what had to happen happened: the victory flew away in the last moments.
A disheveled end to the match, where faults have accumulated, where tension has risen with a clash between Ruthenian players and Toulouse supporters, and the first place in the standings which flies away. Ajaccio, with its victory in Le Havre (0-1) alone takes first place in the standings.
Raising the head in a section?
Toulouse will go to Nîmes for the next day, December 21, to regain victory. In the meantime, it’s time for the Cup, with the reception this weekend of the same Nîmes, for the 32nd finals of the event.
Toulouse, sovereign in almost all of the match, missed three points with a goal against his side and against the course of the game of Diakité (84th). TFC opened the scoring with a goal from Ratao in the first quarter of an hour. The Violets leave Ajaccio the only leaders after this 18th day.
