The NBA has postponed the Chicago Bulls’ next two games, including that against the Toronto Raptors on Thursday, due to an outbreak of COVID-19 cases in their ranks.
The Illinois squad was scheduled to host the Detroit Pistons on Tuesday before heading to Scotiabank Arena two days later.
However, ten of its players are infected and it only has eight athletes available for matches. Former Raptors DeMar DeRozan is among the men facing the coronavirus battle.
The Bulls haven’t played since their 112-98 loss to the Miami Heat on Saturday. In principle, they will host the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday.
