Consolidation continues on Wall Street after several weeks of increases

(New York) The New York Stock Exchange opened lower on Thursday, continuing its consolidation movement after several weeks of increases, on a phlegmatic market, which is only making adjustments at the margin.

In early trading, the Dow Jones fell 0.19%, the NASDAQ index fell 0.22% and the broader S&P 500 index returned 0.25%.
