The president of Groupe Girardin Blue Bird, Dave Girardin, and his wife Marie-Eve Savard, a portfolio manager, have just sold their residence in Mont-Saint-Hilaire for the sum of $2,575,000.

The sale was made to a couple of retired entrepreneurs, both co-founders of a business importing and distributing fine and specialty cheeses from Europe.
At the last assessment roll, the value of this building was established at $1,509,200, or 20.1% more than three years earlier. The transfer duties associated with this sale amount to $68,093.
