The assault occurred in Lake County, northwest of Orlando. Authorities say Eddie Orobitg, a dentist, allegedly attacked a man who was walking in the electric cart lane.
“Why am I under arrest?” Orobitg wondered after being arrested by the police.

The police accuse him of having insulted the pedestrian beforehand, who was with his wife at the time of the events.
“He was violent and he was screaming from the start. I still do not understand what went through his head, ”recalls Joseph Sivak, the victim, in an interview with Inside Edition.
More than a month after the attack, the Floridian must live with the consequences of the attack. In addition to his three fractured ribs, the American needed 40 stitches near his ear.
“I still have trouble breathing […] the thing is that [le présumé agresseur] was going to play golf! […] He has no conscience [de ses gestes]. It’s sociopathic behavior, it’s dangerous. I could have died”, he testified with emotion.
