This “tender dry” (read: barely sweet) wine is dynamite! A chenin blanc that we unpin to better feel the fruity pomegranate exploding on the palate. Which will do, of course, for your endives with ham and grilled scallops on one side. The balance is evident and the clean finish takes the lemony touch to another level. (5)
