Marie Jerson has been selling spices grown on the family estate on the island of Madagascar since the early 2000s. Local production is provided by the family on site; a cultivation entirely by hand and in a natural way, without pesticides or fertilizers. The estate’s flagship production remains hand-pollinated vanilla. But it’s not just vanilla since in the J’M Vanille shops, other spices await you such as coffee, rice, black pepper, cinnamon or other paprika.
