The Saguenay Police Service (SPS) conducted a search Thursday at the residence of a cleaning contractor, where they found valuable jewelry.
These objects could have been stolen while the man was cleaning the residences of citizens in the region.
The value of the jewelry has not been specified. This is sometimes sentimental for those affected.
Police are asking all victims of jewelry theft in the past year to come forward by calling 418-699-6000.
