The two drivers, tied on points in the standings, will battle for the world title this weekend in Abu Dhabi, the last Grand Prix of the season. Hostilities start on Friday December 10 with the first free practice session to follow at 10:30 am. The opportunity for the pilots to familiarize themselves with the Yas Marina circuit before the final race. The Dutchman won there last season, after six victories in this round of Mercedes from 2014 to 2019, including four with the Briton in charge.
