It was in 2017 when Stéphane Bern came to the very recent “Favorite French Village”. A memory still very present for the host who – in 2021 – returns to celebrate Christmas in Alsace.
“Monsieur Patrimoine” was the guest of France Bleu Alsace on Friday, December 10.
Whoever is in the top 10 of the favorite French hosts will be this Saturday on France 3 for a special “Christmas in Alsace” program. The presenter will be alongside those who make “Strasbourg, the Christmas capital” shine.

Alsace, Stéphane Bern knows it well since he came regularly to the region to award us the trophy of “Preferred Village of the French”.
And for the crowned head specialist, Christmas in Alsace is something special: “I have the impression that in Alsace the magic of Christmas still means something. There are still local products, it is still very authentic. And to conclude: an authentic Christmas is an Alsatian Christmas “.
For festive meals, Stéphane Bern told us, there will be Alsatian products on the table: “a lot of delicacies, bredeles, manneles and gingerbread”.
