End clap for Nikos Aliagas. After years of good and loyal service, the flagship host of TF1 has made the decision to leave “50 minutes Inside”. “It has been matured and thought out for a long time. In agreement with my bosses, I have decided to stop because my 2023/2024 season will be loaded with the new seasons of “Star Academy” and “The Voice”. “50 Minutes Inside “is the show I’ve been presenting for the longest time in my career. It’s a big part of my life. I tell myself that you have to know how to pass the hand and do it when I can do it. I want to focus the challenges of my comeback on Saturday evenings”he confided in an interview with our colleagues from puremedia this Tuesday, April 25, 2023.
“Between “Star Ac” and “The Voice” and my other shows, I worked a lot. I did it with pleasure. I’m not leaving “50 Minutes Inside” on any note of bitterness, I’m leaving with joy. But I’ve often wondered if people want to see me all the time. There are other presenters. For 16 years, I’ve been on the air at 5.50 p.m. and back at 1 a.m. on Saturdays. It’s a lot. I want to take time for myself, to focus on other issues and develop what I do more and more around photography”he added.

But while the departure of Nikos Aliagas has just been announced, who will take his place? According to our exclusive information, TF1 “would seek to feminize”several time slots including weekends and in particular “50 minutes Inside”. The famous animator himself mentioned the idea that a woman could take the reins. Between Karine Ferri, Iris Mittenaere, Elsa Fayer, Karima Charni, Tatiana Silva or even Anaïs Grangerac, the first channel is spoiled for choice. Hélène Mannarino would also be strongly anticipated to succeed him. After winning the hearts of the French with “C’est Canteloup”, she could continue her rise with “50 minutes Inside”!
