53 years of “Earth Days”, 53 years of green songs

Today is Earth Day, created in 1970, at a time when songs began to warn about environmental risks. A few generations later, the artists have no less distressed observation.

We can’t say we didn’t know, since even Johnny Hallyday spoke about it in his songs – in this case, a title written by Jacques Lanzmann, and published in 1970. And, in this same year 1970, on April 22 , was held on the first Earth Day, created by US Senator Gaylord Nelson and which has since been celebrated every year around the world to mobilize around environmental issues. Because, already, at the time, we knew the possible solutions.
