The highly reputed investigative site is today publishing a very long investigation, the result of two years of meticulous work. The testimonies thus relate facts which would have taken place on the set of 11 different films between 2004 and 2022, including La Môme and Disco. If these women testify with fervor, they have not however lodged a complaint for the moment.
A certain Florence thus recounts her meeting with Gérard Depardieu on the set of the film Hello Goodbye in 2008. Seeing the young woman arrive, the actor would have launched: “Aaaah these small breasts” before putting “his hand between his legs”. Freewheeling, Gérard Depardieu would then have launched: “I’m going to lick your little pussy”, “You like to get your puck screwed”, all in front of several people.
“I was super bad, it was super humiliating”
In the cast of the “Marseille” series broadcast on Netflix since 2016, Sarah Brooks, for her part, remembers a group photo with the other members of the cast, during which the actor would have put his hand in his mini- shorts. The actress then withdraws her hand a first time, then a second before launching: “There is Gégé who puts his hand in my shorts.” to attract the attention of others present. Far from being frightened, the actor would then have answered him: “Bah what, I thought that you wanted to succeed in the cinema?”, enough to provoke laughter from everyone. “I was super bad, it was super humiliating” recalls the 39-year-old actress.
If most of the directors questioned claim to have never “seen or heard anything”, some tongues are loosened. “He was said to overflow with women,” casting director Graziella Jullian. Opposite, the actress Alysse Hallali who was 17 when she shot with Depardieu in “The other Dumas”, says that she asked a dresser what the famous actor was, to which she would have replied “that he was nice, but he said he had wandering hands and made sexual remarks”.
Gérard Depardieu responds to the accusations
Very quickly, Gérard Depardieu denied these statements through his lawyers who hastened to send a response to Médiapart. According to them, the actor “does not intend to respond to this real indictment, which brews pell-mell very diverse subjects, some of which are based on very subjective assessments and / or moral judgments”.
