Malia Obama, the daughter of Barack and Michelle Obama, will soon sign a short film produced by Gilga, the company of actor, director and musician Donald Glover (Childish Gambino).
Glover, who writes and directs the popular series Atlantaannounced in an interview with QG that his production company would support the film of the daughter of the former president of the United States.
Malia Obama previously collaborated with Donald Glover on the new series Swarmbroadcast on Prime Video, for which she had worked on the direction.
We still know very little about the plot of the short film that Malia Obama will write and direct. The 24-year-old had previously been an intern on the series Girlsby Lena Dunham, in 2015.
