The worst storm for 20 years

It is the worst ice storm in Canada for 20 years. Two people died due to falling trees. In the east of the country, more than a million people were deprived of electricity, most of them in Quebec. It will take time to restore the network and clean up the cities. “It would take 10 times more staff to be able to do that in a few days”, said an official.
