“We have to build more, where there is the most need”, says Olivier Klein

The executive wants to toughen the legislation against squatters, by tripling the penalties for illegal occupation of a home. “We have to fight against the squatters, it’s a reality. What about unpaid rent? “Someone in unpaid rent must be protected. This law also improves prevention on rental evictions”specifies the former mayor of Clichy-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis).
