A plan that did not convince the President of the Republic: “We welcomed it, but do we find ourselves in it in its entirety? No. Nevertheless, it has an interest, it shows the will to engage in the resolution of the conflict.”

Since the start of the conflict, China has shown several signs of support for its Russian ally. Two weeks ago, XI Jinping even went to the Kremlin, where he was received with all respect by Vladimir Putin. However, the Chinese president has never crossed the red line of Europeans: military support, a time feared by the United States.
