Did Belgium escape a terrorist attack? A double net in Antwerp and Brussels, before a potential attack, was announced by the federal prosecutor’s office on Tuesday March 28. Eight young people, some of whom linked to Islamist extremism, were arrested. They are suspected of having wanted to plan an attack. The defendants were known to law enforcement and followed on social media. So far, no weapons have been seized.

A record fine for the British company William Hill

In Switzerland, a quarter of adolescents aged between 11 and 15 have already smoked. In four years, consumption by girls has doubled and is catching up with that of boys.
