On the education front, Finance Minister Eric Girard’s allocation of more than billions of dollars to develop the “potential of young people” in the budget document is indeed promising news.
However, I believe that the amount of $27 million per year for the next five years earmarked for mental health in the Health Plan is a bit low, especially to deal with the many challenges that our young people face.

The list is long. Not wanting to go to school or refusing to participate in any social life is a red flag that could lead to a tragic and heartbreaking consequence.
The government must continue to provide all the resources necessary to ensure the happiness of our young people.
