(Milwaukee) Giannis Antetokounmpo had 22 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists, while Brook Lopez scored 17 of 26 points in the fourth quarter, and the Milwaukee Bucks beat the Toronto Raptors 118-111 on Sunday.
Khris Middleton added 20 points and Bobby Portis 14, and the league-leading Bucks improved to 51-20. Antetokounmpo scored his 33e career triple-double.
Lopez scored the first eight points of the fourth quarter, using two 3-pointers and a dunk, making it 97-95 for the Bucks.
A Jakob Peoltl dunk put the Raptors within three points of the Bucks a bit later, at 110-107.
For the Raptors, Fred VanVleet had 23 points and OG Anunoby 22. The Raptors had won their last three games and had a chance to take possession of eighth place in the Eastern Conference with a victory.
The Bucks completed seven of their 16 three-pointers in the first quarter, leading 33-29.
