The prisoner who escaped on Monday March 13 from Mauzac prison (Dordogne) is 56 years old, learned France Bleu Périgord. Philippe Dubois is serving a 28-year sentence for murder and kidnapping in Nice in 2002. He was convicted on appeal in 2008. During these trials, at the assizes and on appeal, Philippe Dubois was defended in particular by the current Minister of Justice , master Eric Dupond-Moretti.
