Martin Frk scored a hat trick for the T-Birds, who went undefeated in their last three games.
Hugh McGing and Austin Osmanski each had a goal and an assist.
Joel Hofer blocked 32 shots, only being beaten by John Parker-Jones and Joel Teasdale.
Philippe Desrosiers made 22 saves.
Osmanki broke the 1-1 deadlock early in the third period.
Frk followed up 32 seconds later, then McGing hit the target 1:50 after that second goal from Frk.
The 29-year-old Czech completed his hat-trick in an empty net.
The Rocket will be back in action Wednesday in Rochester.
