Rams defeat Jaguars with large lead 37-7

(Los Angeles) Cooper Kupp, Van Jefferson and Odell Beckham Jr. caught a touchdown pass from Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams crushed the Jacksonville Jaguars 37-7 on Sunday.



Stafford amassed 295 aerial yards and Sony Michel added 121 rushing yards and a touchdown for the Rams (8-4), who put the brakes on their backhand streak to three.

The Rams had not scored a win in November, but they delivered a full performance against a hard-hitting opponent. Kupp notably achieved his 100e reception of the campaign.

Rookie quarterback Trevor Lawrence got just 145 yards from the air for the Jaguars (2-10), who lost their fourth straight game.

The Jacksonville team made two turnovers and created nothing in attack against a defense filled with all-star players. The Jaguars had a total of 197 yards.

Jalen Ramsey made three tackles and recovered a fumble in the first offensive streak against his former team, Jaguars.

Washington 17 – Raiders 15

Brian Johnson posted a 48-yard field goal with only 37 seconds left, and the Washington Soccer Team defeated the Las Vegas Raiders 17-15.

Taylor Heinicke threw two touchdown passes and he set the table for Johnson’s winning field goal. Washington’s side recorded a fourth consecutive victory.

Heinicke threw a seven-yard touchdown pass to Logan Thomas and a four-yard touchdown pass to Antonio Gibson for the Washington Football Team (6-6).

The Raiders (6-6) took a 15-14 lead in the fourth quarter when Daniel Carlson hit a 37-yard field goal following an interception by Nate Hobbs.

The Raiders were unable to keep pace after securing an overtime victory over the Dallas Cowboys in Thanksgiving. They lost for the fourth time in their last five games.

The Las Vegas squad were limited to two field goals in the first three quarters, as Derek Carr seemed to miss the services of quarterback Darren Waller.

Ravens 19 – Steelers 20

John Harbaugh decided to bet and the Baltimore Ravens gave the Pittsburgh Steelers a 20-19 victory.

The Ravens head coach attempted a two-point convert to take the lead with a dozen seconds to go, but halfback Mark Andrews dropped a Lamar Jackson lob pass.

The Steelers (6-5-1) recovered the short kick to end a three-game winless streak. This series of failures began with a draw against the Detroit Lions.

The Ravens (8-4) gave themselves a chance to win when Jackson joined Sammy Watkins in the end zone to close the gap to 20-19.

Veteran Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger threw two touchdown passes to Diontae Johnson in the second half for 236 yards on the air.

Jackson rushed for 253 yards. In addition to his touchdown pass, he suffered an interception in the end zone in the first quarter. Jackson added 55 rushing yards.

49ers 23 – Seahawks 30

Russell Wilson had his best game since returning to play and the Seattle Seahawks closed the door to the 49ers of San Francisco to triumph 30-23.

Wilson threw two touchdown passes and for gains of 231 yards and he was on the sidelines to see his defense dampen the 49.ers (6-6) at the goal gate.

The Seahawks (4-8) ended their three-game losing streak, but gave their opponents a chance to tie the game when Gerald Everett dropped the ball at the two-of-49 line.ers.

Jimmy Garoppolo helped San Francisco up the field for 95 yards, but his last two passes were knocked down when his team was three yards away from a touchdown.

Veteran running back Adrian Peterson tied with Jim Brown in the 10e rank in NFL history when he landed his 126 career touchdown. He recently signed a contract with the Seahawks.

The 49ers saw their three-game winning streak come to an end and they’ve been swept away by the Seahawks this season.
