The appointment is made! On March 1, 2023, new candidates will try to become the best French chef. Indeed, season 14 of “Top chef” arrives on M6 and promises many surprises like every year. Starting with the surprise visit of a candidate from the previous season, in the establishment of a challenger of the new edition: Alexandre Marchon. The first opened his restaurant two years ago after dropping everything. Coming from the world of advertising and marketing as noted Tele-Leisure, the candidate wanted to fully engage in his passion. And to help him, Thibaut Spiwack wanted to give him some advice.
Indeed, the candidate of season 13 came to visit Alexandre in the first episode of the new season of “Top chef”already available on 6Play. “You have to do your cooking, you have to be yourself”he advised him before addressing the viewers directly, facing the camera: “I’m sure he’s going to go super far, support him because he’s your candidate this year!”. But only Glenn Viel, Paul Pairet Philippe Etchebest, and Hélène Darroze, judges of this season, will have the power to decide whether Alexandre will go far in the adventure or not.

Complicated test for Philippe Etchebest and Glenn Viel
Speaking of Philippe Etchebest and Glenn Viel, they gave an interview to our colleagues from Figaro Buzz TV. The opportunity for the duo to indulge like never before on a mythical test of the cooking showM6 : the restaurant war. The chefs, admit it, they struggled a lot during this test. Despite everything, Philippe Etchebest judged “fun” to find yourself “all three on this event which is legendary”.
The chef, who can no longer bear his notoriety, recalled how the ordeal could be “intense”: “there are purchases, decorations, there is a real involvement. But we had a good laugh”. “Yeah but we shit, we went to bed at 4 am last night”still reminded Glenn Viel to his friend with whom he lived “a crazy day”. Now, we will have to discover the episode of “the restaurant war”, which will arrive late in season 14, to discover the famous “galleys” experienced by the chefs.
